These terms cover this website and the waitlist. They do not cover the HumanQA product itself, which is not yet available — when it launches it will have its own agreement, and you will see it before you use anything.
What this site is
humanqa.ai describes a product we are building. Everything on it is a description of intended capability, not a promise that any particular feature will ship, work a certain way, or arrive by a certain date. Plans change while a product is being built.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist is free and creates no obligation on either side. It is not a purchase, a reservation, or a guarantee of access. We may open access in any order we choose, and we may close the waitlist. You can leave at any time by writing to hello@humanqa.ai.
Using the site
You are welcome to read, link to, and share anything here. Please do not attempt to break into it, disrupt it for other people, scrape it at a volume that degrades it, or submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist.
Our content
The text, design, logo, and name on this site belong to us. Quoting or linking with attribution is fine. Republishing it as your own, or using the HumanQA name and mark in a way that suggests we endorse you, is not.
No warranty
The site is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it will be either at any given moment. Nothing here is legal, financial, or security advice.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website or from being on the waitlist. Some places do not allow limits like this, in which case this section applies only as far as it legally can.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change when we do, and continuing to use the site means the updated version applies.
