Privacy Policy
HumanQA is a product about keeping people in control of their own information, so we try to collect as little of yours as possible. This page describes what happens on humanqa.ai today.
What we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect the email address you type in. That is the only information you give us, and we only ask for it because we need somewhere to write to when a place opens up.
We do not run analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site. We do not set cookies. We do not build a profile of you or follow you across other websites.
What we do with it
- Email you when early access becomes available.
- Occasionally email you about something significant that changes the product.
That is all. We do not sell your email address, rent it, or share it for marketing. We will never use it to contact you on someone else's behalf.
Who else can see it
The site is hosted by Vercel, which processes ordinary web-server information such as your IP address in order to serve pages and defend against abuse. Waitlist submissions are stored with the service we use to run the form. These providers act on our instructions and do not get to use your data for their own purposes.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until the waitlist is no longer a thing — whichever comes first. If we close the waitlist without launching, we delete the list.
Your choices
Write to hello@humanqa.ai and ask, and we will remove you from the list, tell you what we hold about you, or correct it. You do not need to give a reason and you do not need an account. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection regulator.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If we start doing something materially different — adding analytics, for instance — we will update this page and change the date at the top. If the change is significant and we already have your email, we will tell you.
